Ilhapeixe is the only responsible for your personal data treatment, when it reaches us through submission of forms provided by us via our website.

Your personal information will be collected and treated on the following situations: when filling and submitting you personal data on the online forms that we provide on our website.

  • For what purposes and on what basis can your personal data be used

Your personal data will be collected and used to answer information requests and/or eventual complaints, according to the conditions selected by you on the consent form. In customer data management, the personal data collected may be transmitted to third parties that are freight transport companies with the sole and exclusive purpose of performing and executing the services or delivering the products purchased by the user, detainer of the collected personal data.

You have the right to receive, for free, information about the data that was kept about you and, if applied, the right to correct, block or delete that data. Ilhapeixe guarantees data security through appropriate physical and electronic procedures. Whenever confidential data is submitted, we use encryption protocols to increase the security of the process. Without prejudice to this guarantee, we cannot guarantee the security of the information transmitted to you, so the data owner must take all the precautions to protect their personal data while using the internet, including frequently changing passwords, and using a browser that allows the use of SSL communication.

What’s a cookie?

It is a file that’s imported to your pc, or other device, when you enter into some webpages and it allows the collecting of information about your web navigation.
