Gilthead Seabream in the oven

  • 2 Gilthead Seabreams
  • Garlic as needed
  • Olive oil as needed
  • Salt as needed
  • Oregano as needed
  • 1 Lemon

    Gut the fishes, take out the bowels and clean the inside of both of them.

    Separately, chop the garlic.

  3. 3

    Place the Gilthead Seabreams on a baking tray, and place salt, oregano and chopped garlic inside the fishes, and on top of them.

    Place a drizzle of olive oil on top of the Gilthead Seabreams.

  5. 5

    Put the fishes in the oven at 180ºC (preheated), for about 30 to 40 minutes.

    Cut two lemon slices.

  7. 7

    When you remove the Gilthead Seabreams from the oven, place a slice of lemon on each one of the fish.

    Serve with a side dish of your choice.
