  • 8 black scabbardfish fillets
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 dl of white wine
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano
  • 3 eggs
  • Flour

Preparation

    Defrost the fillets according to the packaging instructions.

    Prepare the fillets, seasoning them with lemon, white wine, salt, pepper and oregano.

    Beat the eggs, and then, put the flour on a platter.

    One by one, cover the fillets with flour, dip them into the beaten eggs, and fry them in oil.
