Grilled Limpets

  • Limpets (enough to fill a frying pan)
  • Garlic as needed
  • Salted butter as needed
  • Lemon as needed
  • Parsley as needed

Preparation

    Clean any impurities that the limpets may have.

    Place the limpets in the skillet, with the shell faced down.

  3. 3

    Mix the melted butter with the chopped garlic and parsley, and some lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Place a portion of the mixture on top of each limpet.

  5. 5

    Cook until the core begins to pull away from the shell.

  6. 6

    Serve with a lemon wedge.
