  • 4 Black Scabbardfish fillets
  • 1 natural Yogurt
  • 1 Onion
  • Olive Oil, Oregano, and Salt to taste
  • Flour to taste

Preparation

    Chop the onion.

    In a bowl, beat the yogurt with a bit of olive oil, salt, oregano, and the chopped onion.

    Heat some oil in a frying pan.

    Dredge the fillets in flour and fry them.

    Place the fillets on a baking tray, pour the yogurt sauce on top, and bake until golden.

    Serve with a side of your choice.
