The Tuna route festival 2023 took place from the 24th to the 30th of April.
As in previous editions, the event took place on the island of Porto Santo, as it is one of the crossing points on the annual route of the species.
This year’s edition featured daily themed dinners, workshops and many other activities.
At each edition, regions are represented in which tuna has great commercial and gastronomic value, and this year, for the first time, the islands of the Azores were represented.
