Boil the cod “migas” for about 15 minutes.
At the same time, fry the potatoes to your desired crispness.
In a separate pan, sauté the onions sliced into half-moons, seasoning with salt, white pepper, and piri-piri.
When the onions are golden, add the chopped garlic and sauté for a little longer.
Then, add the cod “migas” and continue sautéing.
After a few minutes, add 1 pack of cream and béchamel sauce to taste, mixing well.
Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Finally, mix in the fried potatoes and check again if the seasoning needs adjustment.
Place the mixture in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with cream to taste, and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
