During 2022, in collaboration with a savory and pastry manufacturer, we developed a new product, in which the main ingredient is one of our star products: black scabbardfish.
Invoking our innovative spirit, we decided it was time to reinvent this fish so much appreciated by the Madeirans.
And that’s how the Black Scabbardfish rissoles were born, a product that is on the market for the very first time and that is an Ilhapeixe original.
It will be marketed with the “Produto da Madeira” seal, as all the black scabbardfish used in its manufacture is caught at Madeira Island.
Since this is an unique product on the market, it is in the process of being patented.
