Tuna Steaks with sauce

  • 2 Tuna Steaks
  • Red or white wine, to taste
  • Paprika, as needed
  • Curry powder, as needed
  • Salt, as needed
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • Oregano, as needed
  • Garlic, as needed
  • Ketchup, as needed
  • Worcestershire sauce, as needed

Preparation

    Pat the tuna steaks with paper towels to remove some moisture.

    Fry them on both sides until cooked to your desired level.

    In a separate pan, make the sauce with the remaining ingredients.

  4. 4

    When the sauce starts to boil, add the tuna steaks to the pan.

    Let it simmer for a bit.

    Drizzle a bit of olive oil into the pan and remove it from the heat.

    Serve with a side dish of your own choosing.
